Summoned by other ways. You can only use
each effect of “The Necloth of Brionac” once per
turn. (1) You can discard this card; add 1
“Necloth” monster from your Deck to your hand,
except for “The Necloth of Brionac”. (2) You can
target up to 2 monsters on the field that were
Special Summoned from the Extra Deck; return
them to the hand.
